Franklin Street - 52 Unit Housing development (In Progress)

Currently in progress this project proposes a 52 unit multifamily apartment building adjacent to an existing remodeled victorian.  The existing Victorian will be lifted from its existing foundation and a new subterranean garage will be built beneath it.  The adjacent newly constructed tower steps back its lower facade to allow views of this historic structure.
